Buenas tardes Lucha Libre 🤼

Se ha comentado sobre el éxodo de luchadores dentro de IWA, pues vamos a dejar claro algunas cosas.

Primeramente, se tiene que ver desde el concepto de negocio para ambas partes tanto para la empresa como para el empleado. No son los primeros ni serán los últimos tanto es esa como en otras empresas. Aquí la pregunta es ¿quién se beneficia o perjudica?, eso el tiempo dirá.

Hablando de negocio, el escrito (me siento contento que sea de esa manera) que realizó Eliezer “Pikachu” Rosado referente a la Lucha Libre toca varios puntos que sobresalen del todo. Como lo que la industria actual se trabaja como un pasatiempo y no como se debería. Otro de sus aciertos lo es que muy pocos (por no generalizar) no hacen la llamada conexión con la fanática.

Llevo tiempo diciendo lo mismo, si lo haces como un “hobby” no esperes grandes remuneraciones económicas. Hoy día se va a un evento no a ver a aquel u otro luchador o luchadora. Recuerdo una vez le dije a uno que estaba a cargo de una empresa que hiciera el siguiente ejercicio, se parara en la entrada y al azar escogiera fanáticos y les preguntara a quienes cinco del roster venían a ver, que anotara y al final de la noche tendría un panorama más claro de la preferencia de su clientela. Los nombres que más favorecidos salían en el listado a esos debes de brindarle una mejor posición y paga, los demás… ¿saben que?, nunca lo hizo y lo demás es historia.

Pero se preguntaran ¿quien es ese tal “Pikachu”?, pues les diré que fue árbitro en la IWA cuando a penas salía de la escuela superior de su natal Río Grande para principios de los 2000, a quien yo buscaba en su hogar para realizar promoción en carro en pueblos como Humacao, Naguabo, Arroyo, Patillas y otros tantos. Parte de una familia muy conocida y de tradición en Lucha Libre como lo es los Rodríguez de la ciudad del Yunque. Hoy día es dueño de las agencias de publicidad Update Strategy, LLC. que opera Puerto Rico y mercados en Estados Unidos desde el 2019 y Prime Ads Developers con cede en Colombia y operación en todo latinoamérica con una cartera de más de 600 clientes bajo contrato y cerca de 30 empleados en Puerto Rico, Colombia y Venezuela.

Expuesto esto, sabe de lo que habla. 

Lo que he sido testigo con el tiempo es que quien conoce de Lucha desconoce el termino negocio y viceversa. Pero esto es tema para otro escrito.

Con la victoria de Black Rose en IWA está se une las experimentadas Amazona en WWC, Nancy en EWA y a las promesas como Bitterness en CWA y Nathalya en EPW comandando la división femenina. Quedan chicas como Alyster, Stefany, Roxxy, Elena, Nahir, Miss Claudette, Serena, Mitziely, Lady Shadow y Daisy Lyn esperando en el llamado “Bullpen”, mientras que Gema, Allison y Reaven Marie se encuentran en recuperación de sus respectivas operaciones. No menciono a Evie de la Rosa ya que en su escrito se despidió de la empresa con indicios de no regresar, pero vale la pena destacar que hizo su labor y elevó la vara en cuanto a sus entrevistas dejando claro que siempre existe margen a mejorar y sobresalir de lo cotidiano.

Para culminar un consejo de oro, se dice que como tratas te tratarán. No podemos criticar a otros si lo hacemos peor, recuerda que en un universo existen muchas estrellas pero solo un sol y una luna. Muchas veces las actitudes dicen más de uno que lo que podamos expresar. Están a tiempo de hacer las cosas no a su manera, sino bien hechas.
